Managing owners, editors, viewers, and permissions for surveys, forms, and projects.
You can be an owner, editor, or viewer of a survey, form, or project. Each of these roles has different rights and capabilities. You can grant permissions to other users only if you are an owner of that property, or if you're the account administrator.
Permissions
Each user for an eValuater property is assigned one of the following permissions:
- Owner: Has full control over properties in eValuater. Owners can add and remove other users from a survey or form, configure settings, view all data, and use all tools. A property must have at least one verified owner, or no users will have access to the property.
- Editor: Has edit rights to owned or public data and can take some actions.
- Viewer: Has view rights to all data and can take some actions.
Form Permission Details
Owner: Can edit and delete forms, manage users, submit entries, import entries, and view reports including both public and private entries.
Editor: Can edit form, submit entries, and view reports; CANNOT delete a form, CANNOT import entries and CANNOT view other users' private entries.
Viewer: Can view reports and export data including APPROVED and PUBLIC entries; CANNOT edit or delete form, or submit entries.

Survey Permission Details
Owner: Can edit and delete surveys, manage users, send surveys, score surveys, and view reports.
Editor: Can edit and send surveys, score surveys, and view reports; CANNOT delete surveys.
Viewer: Can view reports; CANNOT edit, delete, or send surveys.
